The home is available with a flexible lease starting on April 15th of 2024. Three bedrooms, all on the second level, with a full kitchen, dining, living and deck area on the main level. Home has luxury vinyl plank flooring throughout. Rent is $2500 a month for a four month lease (although a 92 day lease is also available) and includes all utilities and fiber internet. Bed sizes are one queen and two full beds. One bedroom has an en-suite bathroom which is shared. Pets are permitted with a high refundable pet deposit.
